產品描述
Liproxstatin-1是一種鐵死亡抑制劑。在攜帶可誘導性敲除谷胱甘肽過氧化酶4的小鼠胚胎成纖維細胞（Gpx4-/- MEFs）中，Liproxstatin-1（50nM）抑制鐵壞死性細胞死亡（IC50=22nM）。Liproxstatin-1還能以濃度依賴的方式抑制由鐵死亡誘導劑- L-BSO、愛拉斯汀和RSL3誘導的小鼠胚胎成纖維細胞鐵死亡，但，不能抑制壞死性凋亡、細胞凋亡或細胞壞死。
在人近端腎小管上皮細胞中，Liproxstatin-1抑制RSL3誘導的細胞死亡和脂質過氧化。Liproxstatin-1（10mg/kg）提高誘導性Gpx4-/- 小鼠的存活率和降低TUNEL+腎細胞，還能減低肝臟缺血再灌注損傷小鼠模型中的組織損傷。Liproxstatin-1通過捕獲過氧化自由基的方式抑制脂質自氧化，用作一種抗氧化劑。

動物模型（Animal Model）：Specific-pathogen-free 8-week-old male C57BL/6 mice
實驗方法（Assay）：Twenty-four C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into the following four groups: (1) sham group, (2) Lip-1 group, (3) UUO group, and (4) UUO+Lip-1 group. The mice in the Lip-1 and UUO+Lip-1 groups were intraperitoneally injected with 200μL Lip-1 (10mg/kg/d, dissolved in DMSO, and then diluted with 0.9% NaCl) for 14 consecutive days after surgery. The mice in the sham and UUO groups were intraperitoneally injected with equal volumes of 0.9% NaCl solution.
